Chewing gum from the region

The gum from the Soča region comes directly from our apiary. It is created when we uncover the honeycomb for honey extraction, when we remove the honeycomb caps. These are made of natural wax and contain remnants of propolis, pollen and honey.

It is a completely natural bee product that is not further processed. The gum can be used as a natural alternative to chewing gum and is directly related to traditional beekeeping processes.

A piece of gum can be chewed like natural gum. After chewing, the wax is spit out.

The gum is stable if stored properly. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
