The 'crooked-mouthed goodness' is made up of different products created from local ingredients: fruit spreads, herbal syrups, herbs, cheese, and other products from the mountain pasture.
The pollen comes from our apiary on the slopes of Stol. The bees collect pollen in pristine nature and store it in honeycombs in the hive, where they add enzymes and gradually turn it into pollen through natural fermentation.
Apilarnil is a rare bee product, often referred to in traditional apitherapeutic use as akin to royal jelly. It is extracted carefully and in small quantities, with the aim of preserving its natural composition.
The gum from the Soča region comes directly from our apiary. It is created when we uncover the honeycomb for honey extraction, when we remove the honeycomb caps. These are made of natural wax and contain remnants of propolis, pollen and honey.
