Lyophilized apilarnil and apilar honey

Apilarnil is a rare bee product, often referred to in traditional apitherapeutic use as akin to royal jelly. It is extracted carefully and in small quantities, with the aim of preserving its natural composition.

To improve the shelf life of apilarnil, it is treated with lyophilization (freeze drying). This process allows its properties to be preserved, while at the same time making the product more stable and suitable for storage without additives.

Apilar honey is a mixture of freeze-dried apilarnil and honey. Honey acts as a natural carrier and makes the product easier to consume. The combination combines the properties of both bee products and is used as part of the traditional use of bee products.

Freeze-dried apilarnil and apilar honey are consumed in small quantities, independently.

Lyophilized apilarnil is stable if stored in a dry, dark and cool place. Apilar honey, due to its honey content, gains additional stability; it is recommended to store it in a cool place, and after opening, in the refrigerator.
